About Me

Ana (Divya Diksha) travelled in India for over 15 years, to deepen her study and practice focusing on Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Dharma. Ana’s teachings are inspired by the Teachers she studied with, and by the wisdom that flows from being connected to the source.

Ana has felt a connection with that source since she started her spiritual journey at the age of 14. Now, she helps others realize one’s true essence and live a more healthy, purposeful, and empowered life.
