About Me

Ana Caeiro’s path has been shaped by years of immersion in the living traditions of India. From a young age, she trained at the Vivekananda Research Foundation and later deepened her studies with the Vedic Foundation of the Himalayas, where she explored Dharma, Vedanta, Tantra, Ayurveda, and the science of Yoga.

She went on to live for six years in a Himalayan ashrama, where daily sadhana, mantra, meditation, and service formed the rhythm of her life.

Ana later founded a Dharma mission in Hungary and worked in Spain, sharing Vedic teachings and supporting communities through spiritual practice and holistic living.

Her work is not something she teaches from theory—it is something she lives.

Rooted in Ayurveda, herbal healing, Vedic mantra, meditation, and traditional yogic practice, Ana guides others toward balance, clarity, and inner strength. Her approach is both mystical and grounded—honoring devotion and discipline while deeply respecting the realities of modern life.

Through Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, nutrition and cooking, spiritual practice, and holistic yoga, she supports transformation that is steady, embodied, and sustainable.

Her work is an offering—a space where ancient wisdom meets lived experience and where healing begins through awareness, rhythm, and sincere practice.
