Tailored Self practice Yoga program

Ten one-on-one sessions are included in this package to assist you in creating your ideal self-practice. The duration of each session is 1h 30 minutes.

Each program is specifically tailored as per your needs and requirements and a pdf is provided with specific instructions after the program is completed. Teachings include postures (dynamic or static), breathwork, relaxation techniques and meditation. 

This program is about setting up a productive daily routine and bringing your own, customized at-home yoga practice to life. After the program you will be able to practice on your own with confidence and discipline. For better results, you are advised to practice on your own between sessions and to learn the sequence by heart.

Ultimately, it’s about changing your life habits and life vision—by establishing a routine that brings daily results, balance and harmony between your body, mind, and spirit.
